Plot
Sundaramoorthy is a notary public who finds satisfaction in his present job, rather than being an advocate at the court. However, his kids didn’t have a good opinion about him and his profession. Aruna, an aspiring advocate, is ready to join him as his junior. However, Sundaramoorthy rejects her idea, stating that it is not worth joining him, as he has already quit his profession as a lawyer. Soon, Sundaramoorthy had to reverse his decision, as he witnessed Kuppusamy, who immolated himself at the court premises. When inquired, Sundaramoorthy gets the information that Kuppusamy’s daughter is missing. So, Sundamoorthy files a PIL. When getting deeper into the case, he learns that Kuppusamy has been mentally upset for two decades after his daughter went missing. What will be Sundaramoorthy’s decision? Will he continue with the case?
Star Performance
Saravanan has given a subtle performance. He is really good in the role of Sundaramoorthy. Namritha fits well in her role and emotes neatly. The rest of the cast have done what was required of them.
Analysis
The series starts on a normal note, and we are made to wait to hear Sundaramoorthy’s story of sitting outside the court as a notary. The reason why he stays out of the court is different. Some dialogues are really hard-hitting. Although the performances are good and the story’s flow is decent, the makers shouldn’t have missed the logic. The TV serials will boast as if the dialogues mentioned in a few episodes back have no connection with the present incidents, thinking that the audience is not aware of what happened a few episodes back. Like that, this series, too, has the defect. If some of those scenes had been avoided, it would have had a better impact.

Verdict
If the scenes had enough depth, then it would have been an interesting watch. However, for the performances and a decent attempt, it is watchable once!
